I have aquguard water purifier it was not working properly from 3 months. I approached to eureka forbes to whom i had gives the service contract.i complained for that on 18th april coplaint no . was 180411419 but there is not hearing. After followingup for 50days i called them atleast 20 times den their service men came but he was not so efficient and the purifier again stop working. I again complained. complaint no is 020611412 and there is no hearing till now. and when we call on 01120446964 they talk very rudely to us. Request your suggestion on this.
