I have purchased an RO water purifier two years back, they have done the service in the first year and taken an amount of 3900Rs, and the second consecutive year they again done service and taken an amount of Rs 3995 as annual maintenance cost, and the very same day the machine stopped working.

We intimated the service people many a time, they don't bother to come,

this is really embarrassing bcoz we r in no way hav any alternative.
