Dear Sir/Mam..
I purchased AquaGuard Total Duo Model last year in month of April from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
At that time the service Engineer who came for installation with the RO System, did not attach the Particle filter that is an external part of RO
system.
After few months, RO stopped working... When we complained for service...
The service engineer who came told us that particle filter is missing ..thats why there is some problem in filter..
We check in booklet provided with the machine..in that also connection with exterior filter (particle filter) to RO system is shown.
Then we called to dealer from where we purchased...
He said ..its not their fault... the service /sales person who went for installation is responsible...
We called the sales/service person... he is daily giving dates from last 3-4 months..that it will be fixed next week.
Now when we are calling our dealer and that person who sent service engineer for installation, they are telling that we have to pay extra
money for that part...
Pls help us out asap as the warranty is also going to expire this month.
