I ordered a "Eureka Forbes Easy Clean" vaccum cleaner from my I-Mint card points in June. I got the delivery for the same on 8th July. When I tried to start the vaccum cleaner for the first time on the same day of delivery the motor started making wierd noises and burnt. I called the helpline and they ensured that I will get a replacement for my product and they gave me some local telephone number for exchange of the product. To my dismay, nobody picked the call. Ever since then I am trying to contact Eureka Forbes people and I am getting the same response. Everytime they give me a new number and either no one picks the call or the number is invalid or they disagree to change the product. In between, twice engineers from Eureka forbes have visited my place to check that machine and they also have suggested the same thing that you will get a relacement for your product. But I am not sure where will I get the replacement for my product. Its been 8 months that I am following Eureka forbes for the same. NEED HELP FOR THE SAME.
