I had purchased a RO system, model Aquguard Reviva Under Serial Number 6076202 dated 07th January. As per the booklet, it says that in warranty period, the RO system would be serviced four times free.
However, regretfully I would like to inform you that eight months have gone by, but still no one has called from the Eureka Forbes office to check for the machine nor is anyone bothered to check whether the company obligations to the customer is fulfilled.
This is totally unacceptable on the part of Eureka Forbes who boast about there service before the sale of the product and document the same in the booklet when the same is installed. However, when it comes to fulfilling the commitment of free service, there is no show on the part of the company Eureka Forbes.
