Hi,
I have bought a Eureka Forbes RO Water purifier. Executive came with purifier and installed it. I made a cash payment of 12990/- and he instead of giving me full VAT Bill he gave me a temporary receipt and told me that I will receive VAT invoice by postage. It is 3 months now and I have never received any invoice. I called customer care in Feb and they insured me of invoice delivery with in 10 days. Now their customer care 04039883333 is out of service.
Mumbai customer care does not want to take forward this issue and gave in alternate numbers 04023415607 & 04023415608 which are not working either.
Sales executive how came to my house is T. Rahul (his contact number is 919032757455 & 918106203111) and he is blaming Company.
I am not sure if I have been cheated and should I go for formal Police complain against Eureka Forbes.
