I bought a water purifier from eureka forbes last yr from Kroma in Hadapsar and it needs urgent servicing. I have repeatedly registered complaints at the number provided by them but it is over one month now and no one has come or bothered to call back. The state of after sales services in India is pathetic (barring automobile industry).
