Not working properly - complaint No.82567385

Sir,

I have purchase Eureka Forbes Water Purifier on 01.02.2010 vide receipt No.

041930, dated 01.02.2010 for Rs. 9590/-. After 20 days it is giving some problem. I made complaint to helpline No.39883333 vide my complaint No.82567385. Nobody responding since 15 days. Please look into the matter please.
