Malfunctioning system even after multiple times repair and now no one is listening to me

I purchased Aquaguard Gold Nova on 09th December by Mr. Chandradev Tripathi who made FALSE commitments about this and sold it to me. It was working well till one year. I got its filters changed after one year and also got AMC for another one year. Soon after this, water from my machine is leaking continuously spontaneously all the time. It has been seen and repaired eight times by various service engineers but the problem is persisting as such till today. I think, I have made WRONG decision to purchase this brand which claims it to be the BEST. No I have made complaints several times, now the service engineer also expresses his helplessness.

Moreover, every time service engineer comes but NEVER gives me service report. Please do something.
