I PURCHASED EUREKA FORBES WATER PURIFIER ON 2004. AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD i TOOK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ON 14-3 I RENEWED THE SERVICE CONTACT FOR 2 YEARS.

I LODGE THE COMPLAINT ON 12-6-10 AT 4 PM TO REPLACE THE FILTER STAND.MY REQUEST NO IS 58402224. TILL TODAY UR TECHNICIAN DOES NOT VISITED OUR PLACE OR PHONED US. I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT UR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD.
