Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become worst in all kind of customer service.

Their salesmen sale product door to door. I have purchased Aqua Guard Classic 6 months back. 1st free service is due. I have called the person whom i bought the unit. He is aking me to call many places at diffrent nos. He is so arrogant that he is asking me that u have given cheque to company so u follow up with it not me. I didnt get any response. On top of that I didnt recvd Invoice for the same. At the time of purchase, salesmen assured me that I'll receive invoice within 15-21days. Now its more than 6 months. Still I am calling them for invoice. Salesmen's name is Laxman & his contact no is 09975081185 at Pune.

So think twice before purchasing any Eureka Forbes product.

Pune people mind well if u meet the same salesmen dont respond him.
