Not providing installation service

I purchased aquaguard RO total from bhopal . but my home place in ganj basoda. When i purchase this product, they assured me about insallation and other facilitiy .even after completion of one month they are not providing this service. i called them many times but now they ignored and not respond us. I am very dissatisfied by this company and product because we are not able to use this product even after spent such big amount. please take action...
