Hi,

I had bought Aquagard's Booster Model in 2008.I had entered in contract with them paying 2700 rs for 3 years. I somehow lost the receipt and document of contract, since then whenever i complaint that i am in contract period and need a service, however i dont have receipt they refuse to come and entertain any complaints. I have given them all the cheque details by which i paid them (Amount, Date of clearence, Bank's name). Service executive Mr. Ram Milan whom i caught hold asked me call Mr. Bosco which he says may be able to help me. I called Mr. Bosco and he said i will check the details and get back to me. He is not called back since. I have tried calling him but he refuses to come on phone. I dont understand that if a consumer looses a piece of paper and gives all the details needed, why they are harressed so much. I am disgusted by the service and i should say i am an unfornunate consumer of Aquagard's product. I will certainly stay away from this companies product here after.
