I have purchased Aquaguard R.O. Smart water purifier from Eurekha Forbes at Bangaore before SANKRANTI, but till date they have not sent the necessary documents for the product. While installing they said all the documents will be couriered to my address and automatically after 3 months they will come for maintenance of the product. I thought Eurekha Forbes is a standard company and it will give sincere service, but they will worry till we buy the product thats all and after that they dont bother at all.
