Eurka forbes enhance water purifier

I bought enhance water purifier from eureka forbes before one month.it stopped working a few days later. i gave a complaint in august 20th. i have been calling them almost everyday.they say that they will send someone within 2 days, every time i call them.now they dont answer my calls at all. i want a refund for the product. i dont want the product
