The dialling ring is too slow

I (Shiv kumar nautiyal) having an airtel postpaid connection in own shop addressed as" Saraswati Enterprises, C-1, Paras hospital, Shushant lok, Phase-1, Gurgaon. The Tel No. is: 0124-4265698.

Since few days back i m facing some problem i.e: during dialling the numbers the ring is going too slow & we are trying to contact the customer care of Airtel but the no's are not responding 7 Hence we are not able to talk to your C.Care since few days.

So, I Request u to send your technician to our above mentioned address so that this problem could b solved ASAP.
