Onida 29" TV. Model NoC029OHTL .S.no.4003535
On May I had given this TV set for service / replacement to the local Onida service Centre. After keeping for around 5 Months, they returned it without doing anything.
On 15.11. the PCB of the same was taken back by Mr Debasis, Adonis Service for replacement. Again they could not get the spare parts
On 13.12.2010 the whole set was taken by Mr D Kanungo, Onida Service for sale return.
Till Date I have not got a single status as well as any money return.
As already intimated over phone to Mr Pradip Mazumdar, Area Sales Manager Onida, I do not want the replacement or credit note as I do not want to do any business with this company
I WANT A FULL REFUND OF THE MONEY as this set was Dead on Arrival case.
