Service is very poo

I have Faber Hob and Chimney with lifetime warranty. The hob is an expensive glass hob. For the last 4 months thet hob has had several problems. This all started after the service person came and cleaned the hob.

First complaint is that he misbehaved in the house. The service people are very sub standard. Un educated and not technical.

Second is that they never fix the problem when they come.

Third, one of the hobs just turns off by itself half way through and leaks gas whichis very hardous to fire in the family.

I would like to tell Faber that i WILL SUE THEM FOR DAMAGES in every single court in the country in India, in the US and in Germany if anything ever happens to my family due to this.

I am going to file a complain about FABER behaving badly to family folks.

I am going to take FABER to court unless or other wise they look into this problem in the next 3 days.
