I bought a faber chimney two months ago. The fan stopped working. After making repeated calls the technician who attended said some capacitor has to be replaced, But they didnt have a ready replacement and had to look in the local electrical shops to get one/It is past 10 days since they are trying to find a replacement for that. I am really shocked to see an international co. sold the product only two months back dosnt have spare parts stocked and go hunting the local market. I think faber should be ashamed and not to sell product for which they do not have spares.
