I have purchased a Faber Chimney from Sekar Stores, Ambattur on 8th May. I was assured of installation the next day. But till date installation has not taken place. I have been contacting Sekar Stores and also Faber's office at Chennai. Both the manufacturer and seller commit that the installation will take place either today or tomorrow. But nothing is happening. I am frustrated and has been put to lot of mental agony. I even prefer to return the unit if installation does not take place by tomorrow. I have also registered a compliant and the compliant no.is 1105105960. The compliant was registered by Mr. Kunal today in their call center at Pune. I have also spoken to their Chennai office at 45128497 many times and their response it totally unacceptable. Every time I call them I have to furnish all my details and they will say we will send our service person. The manufacturer Faber should answer when they want to sell the chimney why don't they have enough people to do the installation / service? Their dealer should tell how much time it will take for installation of the unit sold. I would like to have resolution to my vexed issue of installation of the Chimney or else they should take back the unit and return me the money.
