Not able to get through to service cente

All numbers given on the website and on their manual are not connecting. Either they are not in operation or temp. disconnected or not correct. I wonder how a consumer durables company can afford to not have their numbers printed everywhere for after sales. This is the second Faber chimney I have installed and they are still unreachable.
