Faber Chimney
Service centre has fitted wrongly

I purchased this chimney from faber...

Service by dealer was good..

but the service centre and its people are horrible...

they dont value others time..

they commit and they dont meet their commitments..

they have fitted the chimney& crooked-- can you believe it...

and taken money in advance...

product i dont know-- because we have yet to use it...

but service is bad.. horrible..

Ive complained 3 times&-

still they have not come...

THIS IS THE STATUS OF A GOOD COMPANY LIKE FABER...
