Replcing of Knobs

I lodged a complaint with call centre of Faber at 1800 209 3484 on 03-09.

After that daily I am reminding them and every time they say it willm be attended to today.

To day also, I made a call around 4.30 pm tom day and the lady at call centre confirmed that the mechanic is in the way and will reach in 15 minutes. Now i am writing this complaint to you after 4 hours. No body turned up to day also.
