I had purchased a FABER brand electric chimney under life-time warranty scheme. Now the chimney is not running. I have tried to connect their dealer cum service center at Raipur over Ph. no. 0771-2233784, but even after repeated dialing, no one is lifting the phone. I then talked to the owner lady of the establishment over mobile, but she expressed inability to note down the complaint until Tuesday (07/12) saying that she is outstation & 'busy'. So, I am forced to wait until Tuesday to again contact & try to lodge complaint. My question is- How can an organization close down its service center to suit convenience of any one person? after all, any genuine organization worth its name usually keeps a staff of more than one person to take record of complaints & attend to them through service technicians, etc. With the careless attitude shown to me, it seems that though Faber makes big promises when selling the product, in reality they don't care about providing after sales service to its customers. I request you to take it up with appropriate authority.
