Poor After Sales Support

I bough Faber Gas stove Chimney from one of the local retail shop in Oct. For installation itself it took a month time chasing them and from Nov we are facing issue with gas stove. We could see gas leaking out of the burner and front burner creates noise like a block of gas flow and some time stops abruptly. After many chasers service executive came in Dec and said the issue is with burner and need to be replaced and took the photo copy of warranty card and left from then I am chasing for replacement. When ever I call they (M/S Vigneswara Enterprise) say stock has not come. At last in March one guy visited and left no progress.

When ever we call Faber they advise us to contact the Chennai service center (M/S Vigneswara Enterprise). I am living with issue and risk.

I am planning to file a case in consumer court shortly.
