No after sales service

I had requested for servicing of my 4 burner cooking with company nominated service centre (Avon marketing Kolkata). Complaint No. 1107139277 dt 4th July. A person came to say that the product is to be thown away not good enouygh. We requested for another person to come and check, he did, said that the plates need to be changed. We are still waiting for the parts to be sent to us. Toll free number says that they have closed the call. in the meantime now all 4 burners are not working!
