I am using Faber kitchen chimney for last 3 yrs and have no major problem. Few days back have issue of bulb fuse and call to Toll Free No. 18002093484 and get immediate SMS about the service no. I was very happy with the response as next day tech rectified the set and clean the chimney properly. I am happy to use the product and good service.
