I have bought a Nokia C5-05 on 17th April. It stopped working and the touch screen was not responding so I took to Barrackpore Nokia Customer Care. They are taking too much time and cant actually detect my phones fault. The already taken 20 days and cant be sure how much they will take. they are promising to return the set within 3 days every time I call them but they fails. I don't wish to use Nokia set any more.
