Air conditioner not working

I had purchase a air conditioner in 2007 from Shriram agencies panipat..They give me 5 year guarenty.but now my a c is not working. Mechanic checked the a c .he found the compressor is faulty.but now dealer tell me the fedder company is wind up from india.so we cant replace your compresser.
