Hello Sir,
I have purchase a fly B430 in Jan/ Feb. After 2 month there a problem in headset after visiting service center they said that the pin jack has broke from the motherboard that doesn't cover in our warranty. After this i mail to fly care in Delhi Miss. Pooja ace's me that this problem will be made by us u don't have to pay for it. Now after sub meting the phone they tell me that u will get back in 2 weeks when i call to customer care they say we need more 15 to 20 days to repair. When i say that provide me a alternative handset they tell me that our policy is that we don't provide a temporary cell i excuse that but on this Monday again i mail to pooja that what is going on do the need full to this problem i don't jet any reply still.
Its request to u that tell them that reply my cell in good condition by the Saturday or refund my purchase cost money in cash still Saturday.
Sir please do the need full thing in this case.
