I brought Fly Mobile (DS100) on 31st Dec form "Telephone Shoppy" in Kothrud, Pune.
mobile's Headphone & Charger is Defective.
And Handset is also has defect. (Keypad is not Working Properly).
"Oswal Sales & Services" is Fly's autherised service center in Pune at FC Road.
They told me that Mobile has certain problem, we have to forward this Handset to Company & for that, require 10 to 12 days.
Sir, I want 1 replacement piece for these 10 to 12 days.
What I do for that..
