Sub: Regarding Non Functiong of Your Mobile Phone MC 105
With reference to the above, i would like to state that i bought the above handset from Poorvika mobile
2nd June (FLY MOBILE MC! 05) and the mobile was not functiong from 15th June onwards.
Immediately i approached M/s Accel Front Line Services P LTd, Chennai and handed over the handeset
for repairing vide call no SFI- FL-059436 dt 15/6/10 and till now the handset was not repaired. Everyday
am getting one other excuse and the way thing goes i am not confident of getting the handset get repaired soon. I would like to point out the following.
1. The handset was purchased and with in one week it become inoperative. Later i found that
spares are not available. When the new product is introduced how can with out sufficient spares it was
introduced in the market?
I need the handset should be repaired with in one week from the date of this letter or full refund of my money. If it is not going done, i am prepared to go to consumer court & also i would like to go to the press and highlight the mental agony i undergone buying your product.
Hope to get immediate response.
