I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your service,
As I have got a problem in my handset and it has been given to repair, initially there was a problem of white display, and it was promise me it will be delivered back within a week, but it took a month, and when I received it, it started giving the problem of network and hence at the time of delivery I had to return it back, but still one month have pass no proper details / status has been given to me, as it has always been ensured / promise to me, that it will be delivered within a week, but I m tired of all false promise and have no trust in the brand.
For my mobile status, every after 2 days I have to call for follow-up, now it’s almost 2 month and I have no my own phone to use. Fly is not even providing a temporary handset for use, really. After investing 4500 Rupees and not getting to use your phone for 2 Month its really a cheat kind of think, I still don’t know when my phone would be delivered?
