We purchaged fly mobile in month of feb. Very next day we faced the problem with batery not charging. The sales person changed batery 3 times. After that the send me to service center. the service center repaired 3 times, but the problem not retfied the problem. I contracted the company, they asked me take lower then the B430 by replace. We refused and asked for higher modal. After that they asked me to handaver the set to service center, we handved the set and filed complaint nomber by mail. Now they are not respand my complait. what can I do. only optionan is to go for consumer court.
