Fly model DS 100 dual sim phone without cam, phone looked good when I purchased it was working well, but after I came home and tried the FM radio it was not working... it was then that the agony started. First all the sales men in the shop shoved the head set in the jack then pressed all the buttons then went outside the building. Then they sent me to service station there they opened the phone and then the same exercise... Now daily I have to call their service workshop and they tell it will take minimum 15 days for board replacement. This after 10 days to find out that they can do nothing here.

They are telling I will get new piece or new board to keep me quiet, . the servive head is not lifting my phone calls - Vinayaka Electronics. Hyderabad.

Compare this to situations abroad we dirty Indians buy items like cameras and use them and return them saying that we are not satisfied to get full money back and here we pay full and get defective and wait without the item for two months... WE DESERVE IT I GUESS... WELCOME COMPANIES MILK US DRY.
