I Bought a Fly E145 Hand set from your showroom on 24/10. My mobile got a problem of software complain (Hanging, auto restart, hanging when copying contacts etc.,). I went to your showroom on 29/10 and contacted the person. They said to goto to Fly service center. I searched for the service center but i cant locate it (In Rain). I came back to showroom and gave the hand set and insisted them to service or replace for me.
They took the handset and gave a service request form. After that i have called several times and i am having no response. They tell me to wait right from the next day till today (08/11).
I am so embarrassed by the way i am treated. Please look into the issue and make the handset replacement for me.
I trust you that you will give me a solution.
