Respected Sir,

Respectfully I beg to state that we had purchased Aqua flo Water Purifier on 04.10.2005. It was working properly. But last 3 months ago suddenly it was not working. So we had to contact with your representative at Asansole branch. They had taken it out for repairing purpose and assured us to repair as soon as possible. They had also assured to do the AMC on 22.10.2009 through the ROY REFRIGERATION, Dr. M.N. Saha Road (Hutton Road), Asansole -1. Phone: (0341) 2303320. The contact person is Mr. Maniklal Jana, Phone : 9735838384.We did all those things instructed by them, but till date we did not get any kind of response from their side. Actually they are making us fool day by day. We are very much disappointed for that.
