I had purchased a mobile of model C-29 of fortune mobiles. From the very beginning it is giving trouble. It was sent to the service centre at Kolkata but still the same problem was persisting. On the request of the service head the same set was again dropped at their distributor end M.s perfect enterprises on the 13th of march but till today 05/04 there is no solution and no response. Inspite of several mails there is no response and no reply. After many attempts today I talked with m/s soma and she told me today that she has not received any set. but the distributor confirmed that it had been delivered to the kolkata office. THis is the second time this type of irresponsible attitute is shown by the service team. There is no attention towards the pains of people. The company is just cheating the customers by befooling them. At the time of purchasing the set a long commitment was done regarding the proper service on time but all is fake. There is no service at all and the company is just cheating the customers of their money. THe product is totally quality less and purchasing fortune mobile is just throwing money in waste.
None of the officials in this company are responsible towards the customers or their grief. It seems that the company has just been formed to cheat only where from top to bottom all are cheaters.
