Sir,

I had recharged for Rs 50 for my docomo number 8015204861 on 3rd of this month the money was debited in bank account. But my phone was not recharged. After i paid the money online from my bank my server was re set so iam anable to locate my order id. Iam attaching my bank statement. PL do the needful and refund my money
