Sir,

I am using airtel prepaind conenction for past 3 1/2 years .recently i got a call from a airtel agent saying that if you wish to change to airtel post paid connection. I wished to convert and she sent the executive to colelct 600 from me.i gave to the agent without any bill.she called and said that by morrow your account will be change to post-paid.i was waiting for 2 days and nothing happened.then i called the agent, i was told that the papers given by me were not perfect so they have rejected my application. "ok fine..then give me my money back, i will apply later" i said.she had given some number to contact to collect that money, that guys said that they will send their executives to give me the money.but they didn't it was almost 1 month now.i am still asking them to send me the money back. They rarely picks my call now.

I am Very much frustrated with that.
