NON ATTENDING OF COMPLAINT

Dear Sir

Firstly I am very dissatisfied from LG service and it will be better that you will have record my feedback in your record promptly and react soon.

Reference my earlier complaint No.is RNA110914089314. My Quarter No.

is B-767, Block-III, NTPC Township Jamnipalli. I am sorry to inform

you that my complaint has not been attended so far. Kindly look into

the matter ;personally and react otherwise I will go with higher

officials. This is not good for LG brand. If you want to survive your

company in the open market then fast your service with dedicated

staff. I am mentioning the details again herewith:-

Leakage noticed from the upper side of the fridge door. Please repair

or replace the same. Kindly dispatch your competent & qualified

engineer to make it proper functioning. It is guarantee period.

Model No. GL-195SADG5, Type-Direct Cool, Gross Volume-185,

Storage Volume-175 Ltrs.
