I have lodged a complain for not working the fridge on 18.03.11. On the same day one technician visited and told us that he will be informed us on monday i.d 21.03.11 regarding the status of the servicing. I have contacted with your differnet service station through telephone. Today your service centre (Roy Service) confirmed that on next friday they will send their technician. Hope you feel that now a days fridge is the most essential commodities, so we are facing very much problem. I would request you to expedite the procedure and repair/replace the same within 1 to 2 days.
