REPEATEDLY COMING OF SAME FAULT

I have purchase Fujizone X88 through Homeshop 18 vide order no.901277695 dtd 15-11-10.This I retn twice.the second time I retn the mobile vide sub order no 31466387 dtd 17-01-11. Again I am facing more or less the same problem of not responding or late responding of touch screen.

I request homeshop 18 kindly get it return this product and provide me some other company's same product, also stop advertising of this kind of product
