Delay and false commitment of free sunglasses along with the product

Dear Sir,

I have purchase one mobile handset of fujizone from homeshop 18.. it cost of rs 4500.. and along with that they have commited to send the mtv sunglasses also... the maximum time for the same is 7 to 8 working days and more than 20 days has already gone... i have registered a complain also, complain no. is 60818325..and always they are commiting me the wrong status..

This is completely a fraud commitment and iam requesting you to take immediate action and asked them to compensate me...
