This is 2nd time I am doing complaint regarding Plant M . I have purchased Samsung Mobile samsung Guru 520 (IMEI No.357609020355344) from Planet M Tembhi Naka Thane Unit in year 31/12 (Peace of mind guarantee serial No 54156). At the time of purchase company has given me assurance that they will give after sales service for two year. Though my Mobile set stop operating from 30/10/10 . So I made complaint dated 01/11/10 (Job sheet No.35259) & salesman agreed to repaired it by 1 month. Though they could not repaired it for 2& 1/2 month I have visited their shop at Malhar at least 12 times but every time they give different reason. Initially he told me there is minor problem & we will get it repaired but we get amount sanction by head office. So after almost 2& 1/2 month when I visited their shop the person name by Sing says that its dead & you take this dead phone. Though I refused to take back. I am just upset about the way Company behave I have almost waste my time perusing this matter & waste my valuable time & create bad name about me in company as this Mobile No. is assign to my Companies work. I think this Company is least bother about Customer during purchase they do tall promises but least bother to complete it. I have gone through No. of complaint regarding this company can all of us collectively do complaint regarding this company in consumer court. Though I have already made complaint regarding this company to you & I did not received any positive response from you as well as from company. Expecting positive response from you. Just to remind you its already mention in back of peace of mind Guarantee card that product will replaced if found beyond repairable.
Please guide me what action I will take about this company.
