Item received in completely damaged state

I ordered for Food Storage Set, on 29-02.

Recevied the Item in completely damaged state on 08-02.

I tried calling them 5times the call count down begins from 19 or 15 it continues to 2 or 1 and call gets disconnected.

I have lost 100 RS approx for the the call as it is not a toll free number.

I need a replacement for that.
