Dear Sir,
My complaint is that after opening the packing of microwave oven i found it damaged during delivery. The control panel and the back side of the oven is broken. Igave a call immediately to the customer care but the executive who attended the phone denied replacdment and ask me to claim the damage charge frm the courier company - Blue Dart.
