Poor response of battery

Sir,

I have purchased nokia 2690 graphite cell phone whose emei number is 354305043204945 on 14 nov at gupta mobile point, narela delhi-40. The battery of this cell phone is very poor. It is not allow to work upto 12 hours even if it is not used.

Please do needful for me.
