I have service contract of three years with eureka forbes for water purifier .i had launched a complaint of my water purifier. the technician said one part is broken it has to be replace. so he told he will be back within 2 days. but after 2 days no reply . so after that after i asked about my complaint status the lady who receives the complaints answered very very roudly . the aproach was very roud to the customer. i took the no of the head of the service department n called him but all the time his no is temporarily out of service. since 4 days his phone is not working . so again i called up to the office and asked about my complaint and the no of head. so that lady asked me very roudly what is the relation between your complaint and the head? this is not the way to speak to your customer. and this is not the first time i have experienced but but 4/5 time before also same thing happend. the staff who receives the complaint is very very roud of aurangabad office in maharashtra. i am facing probelms of drinking water. so pl solve my problem within 2 days. and keep proper staff for customer servvice centre.
