Bought an AMC from the company, when requested for service the personal came and told that AMC was not active and he could not change parts. When I talked to Customer Care they told that the AMC is active and gave me the registration number as well they also told the executive to undertake the required work but he refused and went. I again called customer care and explained them everything they assured me that they will take the matter to their superiors and will get back in 2 hours, but the next day I received a message being informed that my complaint is closed...? Their website dosen't work and even calls to their corporate office yielded no result and I am stuck with PAID non functioning AMC.
